John Saletti, Chef-Owner has been cooking and developing new recipes for 38 years. John & Faith owned & operated Saletti’s restaurant in Lompoc, CA (1996-2006) and Minden, NV (2007-2017).

Dining for the Modern Palette
While our kitchen is not certified gluten free, we are able to adjust most dishes to accommodate those with gluten sensitivity. At Stonefly Wood-fired Restaurant, We can also accommodate those who are dairy free, vegan and vegetarian. We use organic ingredients when available and our own home grown herbs during the Spring and Summer.
